1. Soak cashews in water for at least 2 hours.
2. Drain cashews and blend with water until smooth.
3. Mix in nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cans beans (black, kidney, or pinto), drained
